As the Director of Security at 10x Banking, a cloud-native core banking platform, Gagan leads their security strategy and outcomes. He has built a highly motivated team focusing on security threat and risk management, security engineering, security operations, and privilege access management. He successfully delivered oversight and regulatory compliance/audits (ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2, CSA-CCM)

Gagan has been recognized at multiple industry events for his cutting-edge security implementations.

Throughout his career, Gagan has demonstrated expertise in digital security, securing the software development lifecycle, customer identity, cloud security, supply chain risk, and fraud prevention at companies including Capital One, Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services, working in the domains of Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance and E-Governance. As the former consultancy lead for Capital One, he oversaw digital channels, customer identity and access management, cloud transformation, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) initiatives. He was the lead security architect for Lloyds banking group where he designed the reusable mobile security component which was nominated as best security solution for FinTech awards & Forrester report along with winning multiple industry accolades.

Gagan has a strong educational background and is a regular speaker on cybersecurity topics. He loves to travel with his wife and twin daughters and is an avid foodie and coffee lover.
