Throughout his career, Harshal has worked across various verticals including retail banking, airlines, retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, and hospitality. He currently focuses on business-to-business/consumer engagement, collaborating with executives to make a tangible impact. He has successfully managed multi-million security programs, overseeing dedicated security staff located in multiple geographies.
Harshal takes a collaborative approach, working closely with business and IT leadership to align security programs with digital transformation initiatives. He has a track record of building, maturing, and sustaining security programs, ensuring the delivery of value to the business and stakeholders. His expertise extends to cutting-edge technologies such as cloud transformation, enabling security teams to become more agile and efficient.
Having held leadership roles globally, Harshal has delivered high-value security consulting projects and developed in-house security programs. His experience in managing business stakeholders, combined with his consulting background, allows him to excel in boardroom discussions and technical conversations.

Prior to joining CWT, Harshal held consulting roles with KPMG and Verizon Business, where he led and delivered security consulting projects, while also managing senior stakeholders. He holds industry-recognized certifications including CISA, CISSP, and CISM.
