Kim’s experience spans over 20 years of building technology organizations and leading business transformation by delivering value through technology to enable companies to scale and grow. Prior to joining Navan, Kim was the Head of Global IT at Elastic, where she led the technology function through the IPO, high-growth, and scaling phases. Prior to that, Kim held technology leadership positions at Adobe and HealthEquity.
Kim is passionate about technology and how it can transform organizations and drive tangible business results. She loves to build strong, innovative, and impactful teams and mentor and enable the career growth and development of team members. Kim is a founding member of FirstBoard.io®, which is an organization focused on increasing the representation of women on boards. In her spare time, you can find her on the golf course, reading, or spending time with her husband and three furry kids — the human kids have left the nest and are working on the East Coast.
