During his tenure as the Director of IT at Vectra SA, a Polish TV and internet provider, he played a crucial role in building a cohesive IT organization by improving communication and fostering positive relations with other departments. Through critical project execution, IT transformation, and system implementations, he enhanced operational capabilities.
