Marcin has leveraged AWS and third-party services, and implemented robust infrastructure maintenance and monitoring processes, to improve cloud security and operations. Their entire security program budget was supported by the cost savings they achieved by efficiently managing their AWS expenses.

During his tenure as the Director of IT at Vectra SA, a Polish TV and internet provider, he played a crucial role in building a cohesive IT organization by improving communication and fostering positive relations with other departments. He developed a clear IT vision, mission statement, and strategy aligned with the organization’s goals. Through critical project execution, IT transformation, and system implementations, he enhanced operational capabilities. He also played a pivotal role in successfully integrating IT systems following a merger with the third most important player in the Polish market.
