Peter Schultz

With over twenty years of experience as a network engineer, project manager, and IT leader, Peter Schultz is a security industry veteran currently serving as CISO of dpa IT Services GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.
Peter has a long and robust career in the IT and technology space that started with him as the Head of Operations for Mobilfunk Direct and then CEO/Owner of both IT Nord GmbH and sTVs Multimedia. From those leadership roles he grew into positions as System Administrator at both Artesys GmbH and Memorial International GmbH and then Senior System Architect at IAT GmbH. At dpa, Peter spent eight years as a Senior IT Network Administrator and three years as the Service Owner of Security. In his current role, he is the CISO for the entire organization.
Thanks to the diversity of owner and leadership roles under his belt, Peter has a broad business and technical background as well as the ability to apply excellent communication skills to his solution-driven method of solving complex IT problems.
Peter holds a degree from the Business Academy Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel, Germany.
