Modern CISO Network: Board Book

Timothy is a focused and driven professional with over 25 years of experience in information security, business continuity, and vendor management. In his role as Senior Vice President/Information Security Officer at Ephrata National Bank, he oversees the team tasked with protecting customers’ and employees’ personal data and information, ensuring continuity of operations during adverse conditions, and helping relationship managers track the many vendors needed to run an organization. Operating closely with the security office and senior leadership, he monitors the latest IT threats, educates clients and employees, and mentors his team as they develop robust defense systems for ENB.

While at ENB, he has had the unique privilege of working with multiple team members and several senior leaders who, like himself, are CISSP certified. Being surrounded by such a valuable team has allowed him to address cybercrime and share his expertise with the community effectively. He is passionate about fraud education and prevention and has enjoyed being able to present on topics like this with organizations like SCORE and the Northern Lancaster Chamber.

Outside of his professional interests, he has been active in the Emergency Services Community for 20 years. He is Captain and Vice President of the Ephrata Fire Company, supporting tactical and administrative operations. He also teaches water rescue to other emergency service workers in the PA Fish & Boat Commission Water Rescue program.
