Vincent’s experience working with organizations of various industries, scales, and geographical locations over the past 12 years has allowed him to tackle diverse work cultures, methodologies, security threats, and regulations. Currently based in Hong Kong, Vincent was the first InfoSec employee at the world's largest InsureTech company, bolttech, before its official launch in 2020. He built the team from scratch and designed and implemented processes and tools to uplift the group's security posture and compliance across more than 30 markets in Europe and Asia.
Vincent makes security decisions on behalf of the company, which includes conducting technical assessments, managing a security budget, and making necessary investments in technology to align the company with its vision. Vincent’s rich background, coupled with his technical skills, marks them as an accomplished security leader.
Prior to joining bolttech, Vincent worked at companies including Deutsche Bank and Airbus.
